What are my Dues used for?
A financial review is given at our Annual Meeting each year. Listed below are some of the items that your dues help to pay for:
Liability insurance
Directors’ & Officers’ insurance
Legal fees
Tree and debris removal in common area
Grass cutting in common area
Website software
Paper, envelopes and other office supplies
Postage
Post Office box rental
Copying expenses
Filing fees
Notary fees, seals and ledgers
Online transaction fees
Cleaning, maintenance and lighting for neighborhood entrances
Storage for business records and decorations (needed for 2026)
Decorations for neighborhood entrances (would like more!)
Annual and special meeting expenses
Neighborhood garage sale expenses
County real property taxes
Special projects expenses
Emergency and capital improvement reserve funds
